Registration open for basketball tournament

Registration is now open for the first Kurt Herman 5-on-5 Memorial Basketball Tournament to be held at Klein JCC, 10100 Jamison Ave., from April 16 to 20.

Teams may register to compete in one of the four age specific categories, which are segmented from 18 to 29 years, 30 to 39 years, 40 to 49 years and age 50 and older. The registration fee is $200 per team and prizes will be awarded to the winners in each category.

In addition, sponsorships in the tournament program book range from $50 to $1,000 and are available to individuals, families, organizations and area businesses.

Register now for Keystone wood bat team

Baseball registration is now open for the upcoming 2015 Keystone boys wood bat state tournament teams. Eligible players are freshman through seniors as of the 2015 through 2016 school year.

Get your kicks at girls’ soccer camp

Archbishop Ryan High School, 11201 Academy Road, will host a girls’ soccer camp July 27 to 31 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

This camp is for ages 5 through 14. Cost is $140. There is an early bird special rate of $120. Cost for multi-family is $120 and a team discount is available for $120.

Time to play ball with Bustleton American Legion

Tryouts for the Bustleton American Legion boys 16–19 baseball team will take place at the Bustleton Bengals playground on March 21 at 2 p.m. The rain date is March 22.

Tryouts will take place at Field 7, which is near the parking lot on Conwell Avenue.

Sign up for Sunday Vogt Men’s Softball League

Registration is open for the Sunday Vogt Men’s Softball League. All games will be played on Sundays at 9:30 and 11 a.m. The league fee is $975, which covers ASA registration and Philadelphia Parks and Recreation field fees.
