Mayor Michael Nutter last week cut a ribbon unveiling a “City of Champions” mural on an exterior wall at Spike’s Trophies, home to the Philadelphia Sports Hall of Fame.

Nutter was joined by artist David McShane and Jane Golden, executive director of the Philadelphia Mural Arts Program.

Franklin, the 76ers mascot, also joined in the festivities.
