Philly Spring Cleanup to be held April 11

Glen Foerd on the Delaware will take part in the annual Philly Spring Cleanup on Saturday, April 11, and invites the public to join in the effort.

The cleanup will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 5001 Grant Ave. The host site will provide supplies and refreshments. Volunteers should wear long pants, long sleeves, a hat, sturdy shoes or sneakers and work gloves. Partners include the Friends of Poquessing Watershed and the Department of Streets.
