No injuries or property damage were reported in the incident, which occurred outside the Mediterranean 2000 at 8026 Bustleton Ave. on May 3. At about 11 p.m., police went to the business in response to a report of gunshots. A witness reported that an unknown man fired several shots from the passenger side door of a gold minivan, which then fled southbound on Bustleton.

The shooter was described as a man of unknown race in his 30s, 5 feet 11 inches tall and with a medium build. He wore a blue shortsleeve shirt, black shorts and black shoes. The vehicle may have been a Honda Odyssey. Surveillance cameras captured images of the suspect.
