St. Christopher School raises money for childhood cancer research

The first graders at St. Christopher School in Somerton organized an Alex’s Lemonade Stand at the school on June 3 to raise money in support of research, treatment and curing childhood cancer. Students sold glasses of lemonade and bracelets and raised $1,785, which was $500 more than they raised last year.

This was the sixth year in a row that St. Christopher School sponsored this service project. ••
