2nd Police District
• There were 15 robberies reported in the district during the period, including 10 that occurred in the street at 7100 Castor Ave. (July 16), 600 Foulkrod St. (July 19), 1200 E. Cheltenham Ave. (July 24), 1900 Longshore Ave. (July 18), 5200 Tabor Road (July 16), 600 Mayfair St. (July 17), 7100 Rising Sun Ave. (July 19), 1200 Benner St. (July 23), 6400 Frontenac St. (July 25) and 900 Sanger St. (July 25). Robberies also occurred at three residences at 1200 Alcott St. (July 14), 800 Marcella St. (July 19) and 1800 Glendale Ave. (July 13), along with two businesses at 500 Adams Ave. (July 15) and 5500 Whitaker Ave. (July 19).
• Nine aggravated assaults were reported to police, including seven that occurred in the street at 7900 Roosevelt Blvd. (July 16), 6700 Castor Ave. (July 17), 7200 Roosevelt Blvd. (July 13), 700 Adams Ave. (July 16), 5900 Malta St. (July 23), 7200 Whitaker Ave. (July 22) and 2000 Cottman Ave. (July 13). Meanwhile, two cases occurred at residences at 1000 Longshore Ave. (July 19) and 2200 Longshore Ave. (July 25).
• Among 17 burglaries reported in the district, 15 involved residences at 400 E. Cheltenham Ave. (July 18), 900 Unruh Ave. (July 21), 500 Anchor St. (July 22), 7100 Kindred St. (July 25), 1400 Lardner St. (July 22), 6200 Tabor Ave. (July 16), 1000 Tyson Ave. (July 18), 1300 Hale St. (July 19), 1200 Unruh Ave. (July 22), 5500 Hill Creek Circle (July 24), 1100 Englewood St. (July 24), 1300 Wells St. (July 17), 2100 Fanshawe St. (July 23), 5700 Hasbrook Ave. (July 24) and 6200 Algon Ave. (July 18). One additional burglary occurred at a business at 2200 Cottman Ave. (July 21), while one occurred at an unspecified type of property at 5700 Rising Sun Ave. (July 20).
• There were 89 thefts reported to police, including 33 at businesses, 16 in the street, eight at residences, one at a bank and one at a medical facility. There also were 10 auto thefts and 20 thefts from autos reported during the period.
7th Police District
• Five robberies were reported in the district, including two in the street at 13000 Kelvin Ave. (July 15) and 10800 Gifford St. (July 21), along with one at a residence at 8500 Verree Road (July 17), one at a business at 100 Byberry Road (July 24) and one at a bank at 11000 Roosevelt Blvd. (July 16).
• There were two aggravated assaults reported during the period, including one in the street at Bustleton Avenue and Byberry Road (July 17) and one at a residence at 2300 Woodward St. (July 14).
• Among 14 burglaries reported in the district, 13 involved residences at 2000 Welsh Road (July 19), 10100 Verree Road (July 22), 11000 Greiner Road (July 22), 9800 Bonner St. (July 13), 1000 Foster St. (July 21), 1500 Gregg St. (July 14), 9200 Bustleton Ave. (July 15 and 18), 9700 Bustleton Ave. (July 15), 1900 Ambassador St. (July 25), 1800 Benton Ave. (July 18), 9900 President St. (July 13) and 100 Rennard Terrace (July 15). One additional burglary occurred at a business at 12000 Roosevelt Blvd. (July 17).
• Fifty thefts were reported in the district, including 11 at businesses, 11 in the street and seven at residences. There also were seven auto thefts and 14 thefts from autos reported during the period.
8th Police District
• There were nine robberies reported in the district, including six in the street at 8000 Walker St. (July 23), 3600 Academy Road (July 23), 10800 Calera Road (July 17), 2800 Welsh Road (July 17), Academy and Medford roads (July 25) and Academy and Torrey roads (July 25). Robberies also occurred at two businesses at 8000 Frankford Ave. (July 19) and 1300 Franklin Mills Circle (July 23), as well as one residence at 9200 Academy Road (July 14).
• Among seven aggravated assaults reported to police, four occurred at residences at 3700 Bandon Drive (July 19), 4300 Whiting Road (July 16), 8000 Craig St. (July 24) and 800 Riverside Drive (July 22), while two occurred in the street at 3100 Red Lion Road (July 20) and 2500 Welsh Road (July 26). One aggravated assault occurred at a city prison at 8100 State Road (July 22).
• There were seven burglaries reported during the period, four of which involved residences at 9100 Ryerson Road (July 21), 9900 Crestmont Ave. (July 26), 3100 Comly Road (July 20) and 8000 Walker St. (July 25), while two occurred at businesses at 4300 Byberry Road (July 25) and 3300 Grant Ave. (July 23). One additional case occurred at an unspecified type of property at 800 Franklin Mills Circle (July 14).
• Fifty-nine thefts were reported to police, including 26 at businesses, 15 in the street, two at residences and one each at a school, a recreation facility and a city property. There also were six auto thefts and seven thefts from autos reported in the district.
15th Police District
• There were 24 robberies reported in the district, including 19 that occurred in the street at 6400 Battersby St. (July 13), Torresdale Avenue and Wakeling Street (July 14), 4900 Van Kirk St. (July 14), 4600 Leiper St. (July 16), 6100 Hegerman St. (July 17), 7100 State Road (July 18), 5200 Horrocks St. (July 18), Marsden Street and Unruh Avenue (July 19), 4100 Decatur St. (July 23), 5000 Oxford Ave. (July 24), 4400 Bleigh Ave. (July 13), 5700 Frankford Ave. (July 16), 4600 Ditman St. (July 17), 3300 Tyson Ave. (July 19), 1300 Kennedy St. (July 22), Shelmire and Torresdale avenues (July 23), 5200 Akron St. (July 25), Frankford and Cheltenham avenues (July 25) and 4400 Cottman Ave. (July 26). Robberies also occurred at three residences at 4800 Disston St. (July 14), 2000 Larue St. (July 22) and 4000 Benner St. (July 21), along with one business at 2900 Orthodox St. (July 17) and one unspecified type of location at 7200 Frankford Ave. (July 25).
• Among 27 aggravated assaults reported to police, 19 occurred in the street at 5800 Saul St. (July 20), 6500 Cottage St. (July 13), 2000 Bridge St. (July 16), 4900 Frankford Ave. (July 16), 5000 Cottage St. (two on July 19), 1700 Brill St. (July 24), Orthodox and Tackawanna streets (July 26), Torresdale Avenue and Wakeling Street (July 17), James and Haworth streets (July 17), 4300 Sheffield Ave. (July 15), 4900 Charles St. (July 15), 1600 Pratt St. (July 16), 2000 McKinley St. (July 16), 5200 Cottage St. (July 25), 5100 Torresdale Ave. (July 14), 4600 Frankford Ave. (July 21), 4700 Leiper St. (July 26) and 1700 Scattergood St. (July 18). An additional seven cases were reported at residences at 2100 Shallcross St. (July 17), 4900 Penn St. (July 20), 4600 Unruh Ave. (July 23), 1600 Orthodox St. (July 20), 5100 Leiper St. (July 22), 4600 Ditman St. (July 26) and 5100 Penn St. (July 18), while one occurred at a business at 6300 Frankford Ave. (July 22).
• There were 28 burglaries reported in the district, 22 of which involved residences at 1100 Dyre St. (July 14), 1200 Wakeling St. (July 16), 4700 Mulberry St. (July 17), 1000 Allengrove St. (July 20), 3200 Longshore Ave. (July 23), 900 Allengrove St. (July 23), 2800 Glenview St. (July 23), 6800 Edmund St. (July 24), 6400 Edmund St. (July 19), 5000 Oxford Ave. (July 24), 6700 Ditman St. (July 21), 4700 Leiper St. (July 25), 1200 Allengrove St. (July 15), 1300 Dyre St. (July 22), 5000 Worth St. (July 22), 1800 Wilmont St. (July 26), 4700 Princeton Ave. (July 18), 2900 Lardner St. (July 22), 5300 Harbison Ave. (July 23), 4300 Princeton Ave. (July 23), 2900 Benner St. (July 17) and 3300 Friendship St. (July 26). Burglaries also were reported at four businesses at Rawle and Vandike streets (July 19), 6900 Torresdale Ave. (July 23), 7300 Frankford Ave. (July 18) and 6300 Keystone St. (July 21), as well as one recreation facility at 5800 Torresdale Ave. (July 20) and one unspecified type of property at 5000 Elbridge St. (July 23).
• There were 160 thefts reported in the district, including 37 in the street, 28 at businesses and nine at residences, along with 24 auto thefts and 62 thefts from autos. ••
