Visitors were treated to DJ entertainment, free snacks and refreshments and information about an array of state-supported public services as Rep. Mike Driscoll (D-173rd dist.) opened his second district office with an open house on Sept. 12.
The new office is at 7104 Torresdale Ave. in Tacony. That’s the corner of Torresdale and Princeton, next to Rubino’s Pharmacy. Driscoll also has an office in the Academy Plaza at 3294 Red Lion Road. The public is invited to visit either location during regular business hours to get information about and help with state services and programs ranging from driver’s licenses to senior rent rebates.
The new office is on the same block as one of former Rep. Mike McGeehan’s original district offices. Call 215–333–9760 (Torresdale) or 215–281–3414 (Red Lion) for information. ••
