Readers of the Northeast Times are welcome to submit questions that Mayor Jim Kenney will answer in next week’s issue.
Questions for Kenney can be emailed to [email protected] or mailed to 3412 Progress Drive, Suite C, Bensalem, PA 19020. The deadline to submit questions is Friday.
The mayor will make a monthly, 30-minute appearance on WURD (900 AM). He will also answer reader questions in a different neighborhood newspaper every month.
Additionally, he will answer questions during a monthly segment on Philadelphia Public Access Channel 64. The first segment will air on Feb. 25 at 7:30 p.m.
The #AskKenney Twitter chats will also continue.
“Giving citizens several different direct lines to their mayor is an important step toward our goal of making city government more accessible to Philadelphians than ever before,” Kenney said. “I’ve been committed to constituent service since my earliest days in politics because I believe that I’m best able to serve Philadelphians when I am personally confronted with their needs and concerns.” ••
