Police seek the public’s help in identifying a man depicted in surveillance video of an alleged burglary of a Mayfair bar on Feb. 7.

At 4:15 a.m., police responded to a burglary alarm at Cappy’s Bar, 6901 Frankford Ave. Someone had broken into the business through the front door, forced open a cash register and stolen an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect was described as a black man, 25 to 30 years old, with a black hoodie, black and tan jacket and gray sweatpants. He may have fled southbound on Frankford Avenue.
