Dug is a 5- to 7-year-old guy who loves everyone as soon as he meets them. He is in the care of Philadelphia’s Animal Care and Control, at 111 W. Hunting Park Ave. His tag number is A30733483.
The dog is happy all the time. He loves to play in the yard and greet other dogs as they walk by. He enjoys hugs and back scratches. He knows “come” and “sit,” and takes treats nicely. He has some broken teeth, and eye discharge. Adoption hours are weekdays from 1 to 8 p.m. and weekends from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. ••

Mitzi, who was born without a tail, is a gorgeous gal who was rescued from the streets when she was 4 years old, and is now in the care of Northeast Animal Rescue.
She is a warm and affectionate cat with a quiet temperament. Initially shy, she loves to be pet. She lives with other cats and is fine with young children.
Mitzi, 8, is spayed and current on vaccinations, and has tested negative for the feline immunodeficiency and leukemia viruses.
