2nd Police District
• There were eight robberies reported in the district, including six in the street at 5200 Montour St. (March 7), 4600 Roosevelt Blvd. (March 7), 300 Magee Ave. (March 7), Summerdale and Oxford avenues (March 8), 5500 Summerdale Ave. (March 9) and 7000 Horrocks St. (March 12). Two additional cases occurred at businesses at 7300 Oxford Ave. (March 9) and Roosevelt Boulevard and Cottman Avenue (March 7).
• Thirteen aggravated assaults were reported during the period, including seven that occurred at residences at 7800 Algon Ave. (March 19), 7200 Lawndale St. (March 15), 1600 Rhawn St. (March 19), 7600 Tabor Ave. (March 8), 1500 Stevens St. (March 14), 6800 Lynford St. (March 20) and 6200 Hasbrook Ave. (March 8), while six occurred in the street at 7200 Bustleton Ave. (March 12), 6000 Bingham St. (March 13), 5900 Loretto Ave. (three cases on March 18) and 1600 Rhawn St. (March 16).
• There were 15 burglaries reported to police, including 12 that occurred at residences at 7300 Tabor Ave. (March 7), 1800 Afton St. (March 8), 1100 Englewood St. (March 8), 1400 Stevens St. (March 16), 6000 Frontenac St. (March 18), 1400 Englewood St. (March 15), 900 Scattergood St. (March 10), 7200 Souder St. (March 16), 1200 Hellerman St. (March 18), 1500 Stevens St. (March 20), 7100 Eastwood St. (March 18) and 1100 Saint Vincent St. (March 7). Burglaries also occurred at two businesses at 6000 Rising Sun Ave. (March 16) and 900 Levick St. (March 19), while one occurred at an unspecified type of property at 800 Cottman Ave. (March 20).
• Police received 89 theft reports in the district, including 25 at businesses, five at residences and three in the street. There also were 32 auto thefts, 20 thefts from autos and four auto tag thefts during the period.
7th Police District
• Zero robberies were reported in the district during the period.
• All four aggravated assaults reported in the district occurred in the street at 10900 Bustleton Ave. (March 19), 10100 Bustleton Ave. (March 7), 10100 Verree Road (March 15) and 9400 Clark St. (March 17).
• There were four burglaries reported during the period, all of which involved residences at 1700 Arnold St. (March 8), 8000 Pine Road (March 7), 8100 Verree Road (March 16) and 1800 Hoffnagle St. (March 15).
• Among 37 thefts reported in the district, 12 occurred at businesses, two at residences and one in the street, along with two auto thefts, 19 thefts from autos and one auto tag theft.
8th Police District
• Two robberies were reported in the district, including one in the street at 3500 Academy Road (March 19) and one at a bank at 3900 Woodhaven Road (March 8).
• There were five aggravated assaults reported during the period, three of which occurred in the street at 11200 Academy Road (March 19), 4300 Deerpath Lane (March 19) and 12500 Knights Road (March 15). Additional cases were reported at a residence at 2000 Riverside Drive (March 18) and a prison at 8300 State Road (March 12).
• Twelve burglaries were reported in the district, including seven that occurred at residences at 5000 Arendell Ave. (March 18), 9600 Ashton Road (March 12), 8000 Walker St. (March 12), 9900 Crestmont Ave. (March 11), 3800 Woodhaven Road (March 11 and 20) and 9300 Walker St. (March 18). Burglaries also occurred at three businesses at 9900 Frankford Ave. (March 16), 200 Franklin Mills Circle (March 16) and 2500 Grant Ave. (March 17), while one occurred at a city building at 2800 Welsh Road (March 13) and one at an unspecified type of property at 3400 Arthur St. (March 16).
• There were 77 thefts reported in the district, including 32 at businesses, six at residences and four in the street. There also were 10 auto thefts, 23 thefts from autos and two auto tag thefts during the period.
15th Police District
• Twelve robberies were reported in the district, including nine that occurred in the street at 1500 Pratt St. (March 8), Frankford Avenue and Bridge Street (March 18), 5400 Bustleton Ave. (March 7), 1600 Margaret St. (March 11), 2000 Robbins St. (March 12), 5700 Leonard St. (March 17), 2600 Elbridge St. (March 20), 2100 Simon St. (March 15) and 1500 Bridge St. (March 19). Two more robberies occurred at businesses at 5200 Oxford Ave. (March 20) and 4600 Princeton Ave. (March 20), while one occurred at a residence at 2900 Benner St. (March 7).
• Among 23 aggravated assaults reported to police, 11 occurred in the street at 5700 Torresdale Ave. (March 13), 4800 Oxford Ave. (March 20), 5100 Frankford Ave. (March 16), 4700 Meridian St. (March 16), 4700 Penn St. (March 20), 5000 Griscom St. (March 9), 1900 Berkshire St. (March 11), 6100 Torresdale Ave. (March 7), 5200 Harbison Ave. (March 15), 7400 Torresdale Ave. (March 18) and 4900 Frankford Ave. (March 12). Nine more cases were reported at residences at 4300 Orchard St. (March 9), 6300 Calvert St. (March 19), 5800 Ditman St. (March 19), 4700 Frankford Ave. (March 13), 7800 Roosevelt Blvd. (March 9), 3100 Friendship St. (March 13), 3400 Cottman Ave. (March 20), 4200 Cottman Ave. (March 12) and 4400 Longshore Ave. (March 17), while two occurred at businesses at 4400 Cottman Ave. (March 12) and 4700 Frankford Ave. (March 18). One aggravated assault occurred at a medical facility at 4900 Frankford Ave. (March 7).
• There were 18 burglaries reported in the district, 17 of which involved residences at 3500 Bleigh Ave. (March 7), 5000 Comly St. (March 11), 5800 Oakland St. (March 18), 1800 Sanger St. (March 10), 1900 Lardner St. (March 19), 4800 Tacony St. (March 20), 4400 Decatur St. (March 8), 4800 Griscom St. (March 12), 4200 Roosevelt Blvd. (two cases on March 16), 2100 Anchor St. (March 16), 4700 Vista St. (March 17), 3400 Aldine St. (March 18), 3000 Knorr St. (March 9), 1200 Adams Ave. (March 14), 4600 Leiper St. (March 15) and 4700 Melrose St. (March 16). One more burglary occurred at a business at 2200 Adams Ave. (March 12).
• There were 125 thefts reported during the period, including 23 in the street, 17 at businesses, five at residences, one at a medical facility and one at a school. There also were 39 auto thefts, 31 thefts from autos and eight auto tag thefts reported in the district. ••
