Laptop, gaming system stolen from home

Surveillance photo

A burglar made off with a computer and gaming system from a Frankford home earlier this year, but he left behind some sharp surveillance video of the crime.

Police released the footage publicly on April 28. The crime occurred on the 4500 block of Griscom St. at about 8:30 p.m. on Feb. 19. The burglar broke through the front door to access the property, where he grabbed a laptop and a gaming system before fleeing in an unknown direction. The video is available for viewing on the Philadelphia Police channel at YouTube.com. Call 215–686-TIPS or text to PPD TIP to report information about the culprit. ••
