Malik came to Philadelphia’s Animal Care and Control, at 111 W. Hunting Park Ave., as a stray. His tag number is A33064614.
The big, stocky fellow weighs about 65 pounds and is 1 or 2 years old. He has been friendly and playful when meeting dogs at the shelter.
Adoption hours are weekdays from 1 to 8 p.m. and weekends from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. ••
Siblings enjoying the indoor life
Delphina and Bosch are siblings who were rescued from a life outdoors and are in the care of Northeast Animal Rescue.
They are playful and active kittens who love everyone they meet. Bosch is an adventurous brother, and Delphina is his more affectionate sister. They enjoy playing and snoozing together, are spayed/neutered and current on vaccinations, and have tested negative for the feline immunodeficiency and leukemia viruses.
