Friends and family of Chris Ford, a Northeast Philadelphia native who currently lives in Nashville, displayed red balloons at Chalfont Playground to show their support as Chris faces the final stages of his terminal cancer. Chris made national news after deciding to marry his fiancée, Nicole Wismer, despite his declining health.
