City Councilman Brian O’Neill will sponsor a free gun lock giveaway on Friday, Sept. 16, from 9 to 10 a.m. at his office at Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 5, 11630 Caroline Road.
The Philadelphia Sheriff’s Office will assist O’Neill’s office in distributing 100 free gun locks to promote public safety.
Locks will be distributed on a first-come first-serve basis.
