A lesson in generosity: City Councilman Allan Domb (D-at large), pictured above visiting the kindergarten class at Hancock Elementary, donates his salary to public schools across Philadelphia. Recent recipients of donations are five schools in the Northeast: Abraham Lincoln and George Washington high schools, Austin Meehan Middle School and John Hancock and Watson Comly elementary schools.
