March 6 through 19

As reported by Northeast Detectives. Does not include homicides, sexual assaults, narcotics offenses or other specific crimes investigated by special police units. All locations listed by block, not by exact address.

2nd Police District

• There were nine robberies reported in the district, including seven that occurred in the street at 6000 Summerdale Ave. (March 8), Castor and Bleigh avenues (March 10), 6900 Rutland St. (March 12), 2500 Vista St. (March 19), Rising Sun and Robbins avenues (March 7), 2200 Saint Vincent St. (March 11) and 6700 Castor Ave. (March 16). Robberies also occurred at a residence at 800 Unruh Ave. (March 18) and a bank at 700 Adams Ave. (March 13).

• Eight aggravated assaults were reported during the period, including three that occurred in the street at 7300 Oxford Ave. (March 6), Cottman Avenue and Horrocks Street (March 8) and 1100 Alcott St. (March 19). Three more cases occurred at residences at 5700 Rising Sun Ave. (March 19), 1100 Rosalie St. (March 10) and 7200 Rupert St. (March 13), while two occurred at a public housing development at 5500 N. Hill Creek Drive (both on March 12).

• Among seven burglaries reported to police, five involved residences at 7800 Lorna Drive (March 6), 7100 Eastwood St. (March 6), 6300 Hasbrook Ave. (March 10), 6500 Bradford Terrace (March 7) and 1100 Glenview St. (March 15), while two involved businesses at 7700 Castor Ave. (March 13) and 5900 Rising Sun Ave. (March 13).

• There were 66 thefts reported in the district, including 24 at businesses, four in the street, two at residences and one at a school. There also were 15 auto thefts, one auto tag theft and 19 thefts from autos during the period.

7th Police District

• Five robberies were reported in the district, two of which occurred in the street at 1900 Goodnaw St. (March 12) and 2100 Hoffnagle St. (March 19). Two more robberies occurred at businesses at 13400 Damar Drive (March 12) and 8300 Bustleton Ave. (March 13), while one occurred at a residence at 9700 Redd Rambler Road (March 13).

• There were three aggravated assaults reported in the district, including two that occurred at residences at 2300 Woodward St. (March 9) and 9700 Portis Road (March 12), as well as one at an unspecified type of location at 8000 Roosevelt Blvd. (March 8).

• All four burglaries reported during the period involved residences. They occurred at 8800 Krewstown Road (March 10), 8100 Langdon St. (March 16), 8300 Alma St. (March 14) and 14000 Trevose Road (March 8).

• There were 50 thefts reported in the district, including 12 at businesses, four at residences and one in the street, along with nine auto thefts and 24 thefts from autos.

8th Police District

• Ten robberies were reported during the period, including six at businesses at 8500 Frankford Ave. (March 7), 8400 Frankford Ave. (March 8), 2400 Welsh Road (March 8), 3200 Byberry Road (March 19) and 1600 Franklin Mills Circle (March 10 and 13). Additional robberies occurred at two banks at 8000 Frankford Ave. (March 17) and 2800 Holme Ave. (March 8), at a residence at 2300 Ashwood Ave. (March 10) and in the street at 3300 Byberry Road (March 17).

• There were seven aggravated assaults reported to police, including four that occurred in the street at 3300 Byberry Road (March 17), 9100 Marshall St. (March 7), 8000 Frankford Ave. (March 8) and 2300 Welsh Road (March 16). Two more cases occurred at residences at 8300 Frankford Ave. (March 17) and 2700 Rhawn St. (March 11), while one occurred at a prison at 8300 State Road (March 16).

• Six burglaries were reported during the period, four of which involved residences at 9200 N. Delaware Ave. (March 17), 8800 Crispin St. (March 13), 10900 Keswick Road (March 13) and 8200 Crispin St. (March 6). Meanwhile, two cases occurred at businesses at 4700 Ashburner St. (March 10) and 2500 Grant Ave. (March 17).

• There were 43 thefts reported in the district, including 15 at businesses, four in the street and two at residences. There also were seven auto thefts and 15 thefts from autos during the period.

15th Police District

• Among 12 robberies reported in the district, 11 occurred in the street at 4200 Barnett St. (March 6), 2000 Gillingham St. (March 9), 7300 Frankford Ave. (March 11), 5800 Roosevelt Blvd. (March 19), 7000 Keystone St. (March 11), 1500 Pratt St. (March 15), 4200 Unruh Ave. (March 8), 5200 Torresdale Ave. (March 6), 5200 Penn St. (March 9), 5500 Ditman St. (March 9) and 6300 Hawthorne St. (March 9). One additional robbery was reported at a business at 7000 Torresdale Ave. (March 7).

• There were 12 aggravated assaults reported during the period, including seven that occurred in the street at 4700 Hartel Ave. (March 9), 2000 Bridge St. (March 8), 2900 Gilham St. (March 8), 1900 E. Cheltenham Ave. (March 11), 7300 Cottage St. (March 6), 6300 Battersby St. (March 16) and 4600 Torresdale Ave. (March 18). Five additional cases were reported at residences at 4500 Vista St. (March 16), 1800 Fillmore St. (March 17), 5000 Oxford Ave. (March 19), 1700 Scattergood St. (March 18) and 7100 Marsden St. (March 19).

• Twelve burglaries were reported to police, including nine that involved residences at 4300 Tackawanna St. (March 6), 4300 Cloud St. (March 8), 7000 Montague St. (March 8), 7600 Erdrick St. (March 14), 5200 Burton St. (March 6), 3100 Glenview St. (March 14), 6400 Charles St. (March 15), 2100 Carver St. (March 6) and 2100 Anchor St. (March 10). Burglaries also occurred at two businesses at 1900 Wilmot St. (March 18) and 2200 Wakeling St. (March 16), as well as an unspecified type of property at 4800 Frankford Ave. (March 15).

• There were 87 thefts reported in the district, including 12 at businesses, 10 at residences, seven in the street, one at a daycare center, one at a place of worship and one at a government property. There also were 40 auto thefts, six auto tag thefts and nine thefts from autos during the period. ••
