Donors can drop off canned food and boxed goods at 43 designated regional rail stations and transportation centers throughout the city.
SEPTA’s specially wrapped Philabundance bus is heading to regional rail stations and transportation centers throughout the Philadelphia region this month to collect donations of canned and other non-perishable food for the ninth annual Stop Hunger at Your Station drive.
The bus will be parked at Woodbourne Regional Rail Station (6:30 to 9 a.m.) and Olney Transportation Center (3 to 6 p.m.) on June 14; North Wales Regional Rail Station (6:30 to 9 a.m.) and King of Prussia Transportation Center (3 to 6 p.m.) on June 15; Jenkintown Regional Rail Station (6:30 to 9 a.m.) and Ogontz Loop (3 to 6 p.m.) on June 16; Fort Washington Regional Rail Station (6:30 to 9 a.m.) and Frankford Transportation Center (3 to 6 p.m.) on June 19; Swarthmore Regional Rail Station (6:30 to 9 a.m.) and 69th Street Transportation Center South Terminal (3 to 6 p.m.) on June 20; Bryn Mawr Regional Rail Station (6:30 to 9 a.m.) and Frankford Transportation Center (3 to 6 p.m.) on June 21; Norristown Transportation Center (6:30 to 9 a.m.) and University City Regional Rail Station (3 to 6 p.m.) on June 22; Glenside Regional Rail Station (6:30 to 9 a.m.) and Bethlehem Bus Loop/Chestnut Hill East Station (3 to 6 p.m.) on June 23.
Donors can also drop off canned and boxed goods in marked barrels at 43 designated locations throughout the transit system. Visit septa.org for a list of locations. CCT customers may give their donations to their vehicle operators. Monetary donations can also be made via the website and will count toward the food drive goal. ••
