Elementary school student Dan Goldstein won a $1,000 scholarship for the school of his choice.
CORA Services awarded Dan Goldstein a $1,000 scholarship to the high school of his choice because of his participation in the agency’s peer helper program.
The peer helper program fosters leadership and enables students to mentor younger children and serve as positive role models in their schools. It was established in 1993.
Goldstein is a recent graduate of St. Martha Elementary School. He was chosen out of a pool of peer helpers from six Catholic elementary schools because of his dedicated service, strong grades, authentic character and genuine willingness to help others succeed.
Goldstein will attend Father Judge. ••
