2nd Police District
• There were 12 robberies reported in the district, including eight that occurred in the street at 7400 Whitaker Ave. (July 27), 1300 Knorr St. (July 30), 4300 Roosevelt Blvd. (Aug. 5), 5400 Bingham St. (Aug. 5), 1500 Unruh Ave. (July 28), 500 Disston St. (July 31), 600 Devereaux Ave. (Aug. 1) and 500 Glenview St. (Aug. 5). There also were three robberies at businesses at 800 Cottman Ave. (Aug. 4), 6900 Bustleton Ave. (Aug. 4) and 4600 Roosevelt Blvd. (Aug. 5), and one robbery at a residence at 6100 Bingham St. (Aug. 1).
• Seven aggravated assaults were reported during the period, including five that occurred in the street at 5700 Summerdale Ave. (two on July 26), 7300 Rising Sun Ave. (Aug. 3), 1400 Wellington St. (July 30) and 2100 Magee Ave. (July 30). Additional cases occurred at a residence at 1100 Elbridge St. (July 26) and a business at 7600 Roosevelt Blvd. (July 29).
• Among 12 burglaries reported to police, 11 involved residences at 1400 Kerper St. (July 27), 5100 Montour St. (July 29), 4700 Roosevelt Blvd. (Aug. 1), 1400 Saint Vincent St. (July 27), 6000 Shisler St. (July 27), 800 Scattergood St. (July 29), 1400 Stirling St. (July 29), 800 Scattergood St. (Aug. 5), 700 Hartel Ave. (Aug. 6), 900 Scattergood St. (Aug. 6) and 400 Chandler St. (Aug. 6). One more burglary occurred at a business at 7200 Bustleton Ave. (Aug. 3).
• There were 112 thefts reported in the district, including 34 at businesses, 17 in the street, three at residences and one at an unspecified type of location. There also were 21 auto thefts, one auto tag theft and 35 thefts from autos during the period.
7th Police District
• Three robberies were reported to police, two of which occurred in the street at 8700 Frontenac St. (Aug. 4) and 9800 Bustleton Ave. (July 27). One additional robbery occurred at a business at 8200 Roosevelt Blvd. (Aug. 4).
• Among three aggravated assaults reported during the period, two occurred in the street at 10900 Bustleton Ave. (July 25) and 8300 Horrocks St. (July 27), while one occurred at a residence at 400 Tomlinson Road (July 25).
• There were 11 burglaries reported in the district, seven of which involved businesses at 10000 Sandmeyer Lane (July 28), 10100 Bustleton Ave. (Aug. 3), 9900 Bustleton Ave. (Aug. 1 and 2), 10000 Verree Road (July 31), 10100 Verree Road (July 25) and 1900 Grant Ave. (Aug. 3), while three involved residences at 900 Kendrick St. (July 26), 13600 Philmont Ave. (Aug. 1) and 8000 Lawndale St. (July 25). One burglary occurred at an unspecified type of property at 2100 Bennett Road (July 28).
• There were 29 thefts reported in the district, including 11 at businesses, three in the street, two at residences and one at an unspecified type of location. There also were two auto thefts, two auto tag thefts and eight thefts from autos during the period.
8th Police District
• All three robberies reported to police occurred in the street at 3400 Fitler St. (July 27), 4600 Megargee St. (July 25) and 3100 Mechanicsville Road (Aug. 4).
• There were two aggravated assaults during the period, including one at a residence at 9400 Fairgreen Lane (July 25) and one at a prison at 8100 State Road (July 24).
• Among seven burglaries reported to police, five involved residences at 4600 Millet St. (July 31), 4500 Enfield Ave. (July 28), 12100 Rambler Road (Aug. 2), 2800 Saxton Road (July 26) and 12300 Medford Road (Aug. 6), while one involved a business at 2400 Gregg St. (July 27) and one involved a self-storage facility at 2700 Grant Ave. (Aug. 3).
• There were 67 thefts reported in the district, including 25 at businesses, seven at residences, six in the street, two at recreation facilities and one at a parking facility. There also were 13 auto thefts, one auto tag theft and 12 thefts from autos during the period.
15th Police District
• Seventeen robberies were reported in the district, including 15 that occurred in the street at 5800 Akron St. (July 28), 6100 Torresdale Ave. (July 29), 4700 Benner St. (July 29), 1500 Adams Ave. (Aug. 2), 6100 Mulberry St. (Aug. 3), 5300 Oxford Ave. (Aug. 4), 4900 Frankford Ave. (Aug. 6), 3400 Ashville St. (July 28), 6400 Walker St. (July 24), 7900 Torresdale Ave. (July 24), Longshore Avenue and Hawthorne Street (Aug. 1), 4700 Tackawanna St. (Aug. 5), 4000 Torresdale Ave. (Aug. 3), 4900 Torresdale Ave. (July 24) and 1500 E. Cheltenham Ave. (July 25), while one occurred at a business at 2900 Robbins St. (Aug. 3). One more robbery occurred at an unspecified type of location at 4200 Frankford Ave. (July 24).
• There were 24 aggravated assaults reported during the period, 17 of which occurred in the street at 4200 Passmore St. (July 27), 2000 Granite St. (July 26), Paul and Ruan streets (July 27), 7100 Tulip St. (July 28), 1500 Alcott St. (two on Aug. 1), 4700 Marple St. (Aug. 4), 7900 State Road (July 30), 1700 Dyre St. (three on July 24), 4200 Passmore St. (Aug. 2), Pratt and Salmon streets (Aug. 3), 4900 Charles St. (Aug. 4), 4100 Frankford Ave. (July 30), 5200 Marlow St. (Aug. 4) and 7100 Jackson St. (July 24). Six more cases were reported at residences at 6300 Marsden St. (Aug. 3), 4500 Sheffield Ave. (July 31), 1900 Bridge St. (Aug. 4), 4800 Oxford Ave. (July 27), 4600 Leiper St. (July 27) and 1500 Harrison St. (July 31), while one occurred at a business at 5000 Whitaker Ave. (Aug. 4).
• Among 25 burglaries reported to police, 20 involved residences at 6800 Ditman St. (July 26), 1000 Haworth St. (July 27), 6900 Hegerman St. (July 30), 5000 Duffield St. (Aug. 4), 4700 Princeton Ave. (July 28), 5400 Oakland St. (July 31), 3900 Roosevelt Blvd. (July 25), 6400 Marsden St. (Aug. 3), 4600 Comly St. (July 24), 4700 Tacony St. (July 24), 7000 Hegerman St. (July 27), 4200 Cottman Ave. (July 31), 1600 E. Cheltenham Ave. (July 31), 4200 Shelmire Ave. (Aug. 1), 4000 Higbee St. (July 24), 1200 Wakeling St. (July 30), 7000 Torresdale Ave. (July 31), 4700 Richmond St. (Aug. 1), 6200 Farnsworth St. (July 24) and 5000 Oxford Ave. (Aug. 3). Meanwhile, three burglaries occurred at businesses at 900 Orthodox St. (July 25), 4500 Frankford Ave. (Aug. 3) and 5400 Torresdale Ave. (July 30) and one occurred at a construction site at 5200 Ditman St. (July 24). One more burglary occurred at an unspecified type of property at 1000 Arrott St. (Aug. 3).
• There were 144 thefts reported in the district, including 23 at businesses, 20 in the street and 10 at residences, along with 51 auto thefts, six auto tag thefts and 34 thefts from autos. ••
