The Mayfair Business Improvement District is thanking Pat’s Music Center for allowing police officers to use its restroom and to take a break in the hours leading up to the celebration of the Eagles’ NFC championship game victory at Frankford and Cottman avenues.

Pat’s, which recently moved to an adjacent storefront at 3549 Ryan Ave., also provided food and drinks for the officers. The music shop will provide the same services on Sunday, in anticipation of a large gathering of Eagles fans celebrating a Super Bowl victory. ••
