Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing 19-year-old last seen in the Frankford area.
Kimberly Washington was last seen on the 1100 block of Brill Street on Feb. 15 at 10:30 p.m.
Police describe her as standing 5 feet 10 with a medium build, brown eyes, a medium complexion and braided black hair below the collar.
