Herbert Price was last seen April 25.
Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 24-year-old Herbert Price. Price was last seen April 25 at 4:15 p.m. on the 1500 block of Alcott Street.
Police describe him as standing 5 feet 3 with a small build, medium complexion and short hair. He was wearing a red and tan jacket with blue jeans and white sneakers.
According to police, Price’s father reported he was thinking about suicide.
