Spencer Rawls, 63, was last seen May 9.
Police are asking for the public’s assistance in finding missing 63-year-old Spencer Rawls.
Rawls was last seen on the 4700 block of Darrah Street on May 9.
Police describe him as standing 5 feet 9 and weighing 170 pounds with a medium build, brown eyes, a dark complexion and gray hair above the ears.
He is bipolar schizophrenic and off of his medication, according to police.
