The Northeast Times highlights two furry friends who are looking for their forever homes.
Naomi is a gorgeous 5-year-old labrador retriever/pit bull mix who weighs about 50 pounds.
Naomi loves people and enjoys cuddling on the couch. She likes her doggie toys and going for nice walks. She is healthy and crate and house trained and great on car rides. She would like to be the only pet in the home.

Miracle is a pretty special, wee, baby, found all alone outside at two days old. She is in the care of Northeast Animal Rescue.
Miracle’s foster mom fed her with a bottle, and now the big girl eats all by herself. To show appreciation to her foster mom, she gives head butts, snuggles on her lap and purrs her little heart out.
Miracle is super friendly, cute and outgoing. She loves to play with her foster friends, and will definitely need a playmate in her new home.
Miracle, 6 months old, is spayed and current on vaccinations, and has tested negative for the feline leukemia and immunodeficiency viruses.
