Recent Father Judge High School graduates Patrick Carolan and Peter Nguyen received awards and scholarships from Children’s Scholarship Fund Philadelphia at a ceremony last week.

Carolan will attend Widener University to study Secondary Social Studies with the goal of becoming a high school history teacher in Philadelphia. Nguyen will attend Drexel University to study engineering and says he hopes to take his love for constructing and creating and give back to his community by building new playgrounds and buildings in his neighborhood.

The CSFP scholarship program helped Carolan and Nguyen attend elementary school.

Mayor Jim Kenney and the Phillie Phanatic attended the ceremony. ••
