A video police sent out with audio shows a woman kicking a child at what they believe to be Frankford and Cottman avenues.
The video, sent out Friday, is of an incident believed to have happened July 9.
Police are trying to identify the woman shown kicking a young boy at least twice. The boy appeared to be playing or fighting with another kid in the park.
“No kicking,” the woman can be heard saying as she kicks the child. “You want to kick? How do you feel?”
She then threatens to kick the child in the genitals.
Police say they have no idea of the context surrounding the video.
The video has been removed from YouTube.
