Teacher Appreciation Free Rug Giveaway will happen Aug. 18 from 8 to 10 a.m.
Lomax Carpet & Tile Mart, 2550 Grant Ave., will hold a Teacher Appreciation Free Rug Giveaway on Saturday, Aug. 18, from 8 to 10 a.m.
The first 50 teachers who visit Lomax with a valid teacher identification will receive a free, large size classroom area rug. No purchase is necessary.
“We appreciate the incredible value that teachers bring to each of our local communities and are grateful for the contribution they tirelessly make, day in and day out, to educate and shape our future neighbors and community members and leaders,” said Michael Longwill, Carpet & Tile Mart president, and third-generation owner/operator of the family-owned company. “We’re thrilled to have an opportunity to give back in some small way to these classroom heroes through our Free Rug Giveaway, just in time for back-to-school season.”
