Police have identified the man behind at least three robberies in July.

Police have named a man wanted for two bank robberies and a commercial robbery in the Northeast.
Gerald “Jay” Griffith, 46, is believed to have committed these robberies and possibly more in July.
On the morning of July 9, Griffith is believed to have robbed the BB&T Bank branch at 6633 Roosevelt Blvd. He is also believed to have robbed the Firstrust Bank branch at 9309 Krewstown Road just 15 minutes later.
Police also say the man allegedly robbed the ShopRite at 6301 Oxford Ave. on July 6.
He is also under investigation for two additional bank robberies in the city.
Griffith was last known to reside on Colonial Drive in Croydon, Bucks County. Police say he frequents the 4300 block of Shelmire Ave. in Holmesburg.
Police describe him as standing 6 foot 3 with brown hair and brown eyes, and may have a salt and pepper beard.
He is considered armed and dangerous.
