Running series to keep children healthy
The Healthy Kids Running Series will hold four upcoming events on the grounds of Washington Savings Bank, 2900 Comly Road.
The dates are Sept. 16, 23 and 30 and Oct. 7 and 14. The meet up is at 4 p.m.
On-site registration begins at 3:15 p.m.

Cancer benefit slated for Oct. 7
The Marlyn Fein Chapter, Fox Chase Cancer Center is running a Day at the Races at the Parx Cotillion Room on Street Road in Bensalem on Oct. 7, from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The cost is $42 per person. The event is open to people 18 years and older and includes a private room, a private bookie and buffet.
Proceeds support cancer research and compassionate patient care at Fox Chase Cancer Center.

Shop while helping Fox Chase cancer
The Marlyn Fein Chapter, Fox Chase Cancer Center is partnering with the Boscov’s “Friends Helping Friends” campaign on Tuesday, Oct. 16.
The group is selling a shopping pass for $5 at all Boscov’s locations, from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
The pass allows for savings of up to 25 percent off purchases. Proceeds will be donated to Fox Chase Cancer Center to support cancer research and compassionate patient care. Call 215–938–1323. ••
Benefit jazz brunch on Nov. 17
The Marlyn Fein Chapter, Fox Chase Cancer Center is running a jazz brunch at Bella Tori at the Mansion, 321 S. Bellevue Ave., in Langhorne, on Saturday, Nov. 17, from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The cost is $45 per person and includes food, a silent art auction and entertainment by Cabin Jazz All-Stars Band. For tickets, call 215–742–2703.

Doctor joins dermatology practice
Pennsylvania Dermatology Partners welcome Dr. Jason Schoenfeld to its newest office at 9501 Roosevelt Blvd., Suite 506, where he joins Dr. Barry Abraham.
Schoenfeld is accepting new patients of all ages.
After attaining his undergraduate degree at the University of Delaware, Schoenfeld attended Jefferson Medical College. He completed his dermatology training at both Drexel University/Hahnemann University Hospital followed by a fully accredited fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery.
Upon completion of his residency, Schoenfeld was accepted into the one-year Fellowship Program in Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology at the Dermatologic SurgiCenter, where he received advanced training in skin cancer surgery, reconstruction and state-of-the-art cosmetic procedures.
