Fox Chase resident Roger Wallach, 38, received a 20-year prison sentence for videotaping two young girls in the bathroom for three months.
A Fox Chase resident received a 240-month federal prison sentence for manufacturing videos and images of two young girls over a three-month period, announced U.S. Attorney William M. McSwain.
Roger Wallach, 38, pleaded guilty to nine counts of manufacturing and attempting to manufacture child pornography, and one count of possession of child pornography.
Wallach concealed a video camera in the bathroom his girlfriend’s 10- and 11-year-old daughters used. He captured images and videos as they undressed, used the bathroom and showered. He also used a laptop webcam to film them undressing.
Hundreds of sexually explicit images of both girls were saved on his cell phone, laptop, spy camera and iCloud account. He also received 20 years of probation upon his release and has been ordered to undergo a sex offender evaluation and treatment after release.
The case was investigated by the FBI and was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Michelle Rotella. ••
