Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 79-year-old Donald Warring. He was last seen Friday, Sept. 28, at 8 a.m. on the 1300 block of Kennedy Street.
He is described as standing 5 feet 7 with a medium build and medium complexion. He wears glasses and has balding, short gray hair. He was wearing a white zip-up jacket.
He is reported to suffer from seizures.
