The Northeast Times highlights two local animals looking for their forever homes.
Say Missy for her
Missy, an 8- to 9-year-old girl, was surrendered by her former owner. She is super friendly and very sweet. She loves to play, go for walks, cuddle, ride in the car and relax in the sun.
Missy gets along with cats, dogs and people of all ages. She is healthy, spayed and ready to be adopted.

Sammy wants to talk
Sammy likes to talk, be pet, give hugs and sit on shoulders. He is in the care of Northeast Animal Rescue.
Sammy would love to be an only cat, or to live with another low-key cat. Sammy, 4, is spayed and current on vaccinations, and has tested negative for the feline leukemia and immunodeficiency viruses.
