Police looking for woman who ran over man outside Dunkin’ Donuts

Police are searching for a woman who was caught on camera Oct. 6 running over a man with her car outside a Dunkin’ Donuts on Roosevelt Boulevard.

Police are searching for a woman who allegedly ran over a 29-year-old man in her car Saturday, Oct. 6, outside a Dunkin’ Donuts on Roosevelt Boulevard near Welsh Road.

The incident, which was caught on camera, occurred at 10:25 a.m. after the victim and his friends were involved in a verbal dispute with the woman, authorities said. She then got into her car and drove over the man, who suffered severe injuries, according to police.

Police said the woman left the scene and was last seen heading south on Roosevelt Boulevard. Officers later recovered the suspect’s car, according to a video posted by the department.

The suspect was described by authorities as a black female between the ages of 35 and 40 with short blond hair. She is between 5 feet 7 and 5 feet 9 inches tall and 200 to 215 pounds, police said. She was wearing pink scrubs with a multicolor scrub shirt.
