Haley Frank was last seen Oct. 23.
Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 17-year-old Haley Frank. She was last seen at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 23, at the 3400 block of Brighton St.
Police describe her as standing 5 feet 1 and weighing 140 pounds with a small build and light complexion. She has brown straight hair that goes below her shoulder. She was wearing a white hooded top with blue denim jeans.
She is reported to suffer from Bipolar disorder.
