City Councilman Brian O’Neill presented the money to the groups during an event at the Fraternal Order of Police.
City Councilman Brian O’Neill recently distributed Philadelphia Activities Fund grants to 141 nonprofit, volunteer organizations in the 10th Councilmanic District.
In all, those organizations received $23,000 at the event, held at Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 5.
