Teenager killed, two others shot in Frankford

A 19-year-old man was killed in a triple shooting Monday night at Harrison and Tackawanna streets.

A teenager was killed and two other people were injured after gunfire erupted Monday night at the intersection of Harrison and Tackawanna streets in Frankford.

Officers responded to the scene around 8:15 p.m. and found Kaseem Rogers, 19, of the 4700 block of Valley Place, suffering from gunshot wounds to the chest and leg. He was taken to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital, where he died around 8:45 p.m., police said.

Two other people, an 18-year-old man and a 26-year-old woman, were also shot and transported to Temple University Hospital in stable condition, police said.

Investigators learned that the victims were outside talking when they heard gunshots.

No arrests have been made in relation to the triple shooting, police said. ••
