Man reported missing from Castor Gardens

Update (4/16/19): Police said that Stephen Tracey has been located. 

Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating a 47-year-old man who was reported missing after last being seen in Castor Gardens.

Stephen C. Tracey, who suffers from opioid addiction, was last seen Monday, Oct. 29, on the 6800 block of Horrocks Street, police said.

Tracey is described as a 6-foot man with light complexion and blue eyes who weighs about 210 pounds. He has a tattoo of Leo the Lion on his upper arm and another tattoo on his left calf of the word “STAT,” police said.
