Quite a catch: Former Eagles wide receiver Harold Carmichael appeared at the final “Go Birds” pre-game show Dec. 30 at Chickie’s and Pete’s, 4010 Robbins Ave. The Go Birds show was hosted by John Barchard and James Seltzer. Carmichael signed autographs and posed for pictures. A partnership between the Mayfair Business Improvement District and sports radio WIP (94.1 FM) brought the Go Birds show to Mayfair before each Eagles away game. The Go Birds pre-game show is expected to return to Mayfair next season.
