Autistic girl reported missing in Lawncrest

Alyssa Alemi, 15, was last seen Tuesday night on the 6200 block of Tabor Avenue in Lawncrest.

Update (2/12/19): Police said Alemi has been located. 

Police are asking for the public’s help to find a 15-year-old girl with autism who has been reported missing from Lawncrest.

Alyssa Alemi was last seen at 9 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 5, on the 6200 block of Tabor Avenue, authorities said. She is described as a 5-foot 4-inch girl with olive skin who weighs around 200 pounds. Alemi has a heavy build and brown below-the-shoulders wavy hair, according to police.

She was last seen wearing red Vans sneakers with a white stripe and white soles, police said. A clothing description was not available.

Authorities said Alemi has autism and other health issues.
