The viewing begins at 8:30 a.m., followed by the Mass at 10.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to his favorite charity, the Marine Corps-Law Enforcement Foundation, P.O. Box 11653, Philadelphia, PA 19116.

Radwanski was an East Torresdale resident who had long stints as a city worker and popular singer at La Casa Di Lucia. He was 66 when he died suddenly on Jan. 22 of cardiogenic shock in Boynton Beach, Florida.

A 1970 graduate of Frankford High School, he earned a political science degree from Temple University. He worked for the city controller’s office from 1974 to 2005, serving under six controllers and retiring as first deputy controller. He did not stay retired for long, as he began working as City Council communications director from 2006-12.

Radwanski was a member of the Northeast Philadelphia Hall of Fame steering committee and East Torresdale Historical Society, past president of the Glen Foerd Conservation Corps and was active with Showtime Charities and the Solo Musician Network.

He sung from the Great American Songbook on Saturday nights for the last 17 years as “Tony Rad” at La Casa Di Lucia, a restaurant at 14425 Bustleton Ave. ••
