A 22-year-old man was in critical condition after being shot multiple times early Sunday morning on the 7000 block of Frankford Avenue in Mayfair, according to police.
Officers responded to the scene around 4:20 a.m. and found the man with apparent gunshot wounds to the abdomen, police said. He was transported to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital in “critical but stable” condition, a police spokesperson said.
Police said the victim was not cooperating with investigators. No arrests have been made, and authorities have not determined a motive in the shooting. The Northeast Detective Division is investigating the incident. ••
