Update (4/12/19): Police say Henri Colin has been located.
Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a man who was last seen April 2 at 1 a.m. in the morning.
Henri Colin, 29, was last seen on the 4700 block of Meridian Street. Police describe him as standing 5 feet 8 and weighing 135 pounds with a thin build, black complexion, brown eyes and black hair. Police say he suffers from a poor mental condition.
