The Tacony Senior Citizens Club on Monday celebrated its 42nd anniversary.
The club meets Mondays from September to May from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Mayfair Community Center, 2990 St. Vincent St.
In all, there are 112 members who pay $23 dues per year.
At each meeting, there is a 50/50 and a guest speaker who also supplies lunch.
On Monday, members played bingo and enjoyed pastries and coffee before listening to a presentation by JEVS Care at Home. The nonprofit is based at 9350 Ashton Road. More information is available at 267-298-1325 or jevsathome.org.
The JEVS Care at Home representatives treated the seniors to food from Renzi’s Pizzeria.
The club will wrap up for the season with a banquet at Cannstatter’s on June 3. ••
