American Heritage Credit Union’s Green Team held its 10th annual Spring Family & Friends Adopt-A-Highway event on April 14. In honor of Earth Day, more than 30 American Heritage employees and family members went to work to clean 2 miles of Frankford Avenue, between Academy and Knights roads. “The environment is everyone’s responsibility and the Adopt-A-Highway program provides the opportunity for American Heritage employees to be a part of the solution,” said American Heritage President and CEO Bruce K. Foulke. “The Adopt-A-Highway initiative is part of the credit union’s strategic goal to ‘Go Green,’ and we look forward to additional cleanups throughout the year.” ••
