A big crowd turned out Thursday night for a fireworks festival sponsored by the newly formed nonprofit One River Alliance.
The event took place at Pleasant Hill Park, located on Linden Avenue at the Delaware River.

The band Philly Heart and Soul performed, and the evening also featured food trucks, moonbounces and fireworks shot from a barge in the river. ••
