Alexis Morace is one of 60 students who have been selected as a Lebanon Valley College first-year mentor to guide new students through their first few months. Morace, a graduate of Villa Joseph Marie High School, is pursuing a degree in exercise science.

Donovan D. Ganges enrolled at Colby College in Waterville, Maine this fall. A graduate of Germantown Academy, Ganges is the son of Andrea Williams and Thomas Ganges.

First-year students at Loyola University Maryland include Alexia Cruz, Dylan Maziarz, Derek Swider and Erin White.

Rashida Anita Nicole Flowers received a degree in human environmental sciences at the University of Alabama.

Northampton Community College welcomed the following local new and returning students to campus: Bintou Bamba, Kameron Davis, Jack Dinh, Shontique Drummond, Thomas Emanoff, Ahman Jackson, Vaunah Jackson, Tyler Jones, Tyeesha Mahan  Elba Mendoza, Jennifer Miller, Jessica Miller, Ayanna Smith and Christopher Taliaferro.

They are among more than 9,400 students studying over 100 majors and programs at NCC locations in Bethlehem Township, Monroe County, Southside Bethlehem and Easton.

Samuel Kwarteng graduated with a Doctor of Pharmacy from Western New England University. Kwarteng was among more than 600 students who received degrees from 28 states.

Wilkes University welcomes more than 500 students into the university’s newest class.

Local members of the class of 2023 are Elijah Weihe, an environmental engineering major, and Ian Scott, a mechanical engineering major.

Vince Darmohray was named to the dean’s list at Rochester Institute of Technology. Darmohray is in the biotechnology and molecular bioscience program. ••
