Solomon hands out over 600 Thanksgiving turkeys

State Rep. Jared Solomon helped distribute more than 600 free turkeys last week at The Exchange at Oxford Circle, 6434 Castor Ave., and Feast of Justice, 3101 Tyson Ave.

“The holidays are a time for giving, and this is just one way we’re working to prevent families in need from going hungry on Thanksgiving,” Solomon said. “It is always inspiring to participate in this now annual event and see members of the community going the extra mile to help neighbors they don’t even know.” ••
