LMC has signed Kids Kingdom Playhouse to a lease at Morrell Plaza, at Frankford and Morrell avenues.

The space is 4,000 square feet.
In recent months, LMC has announced leasing at Morrell Plaza, including commitments by Nutrition 215, which sells blended nutritional drinks; boutique indoor cycling concept Northeast Cycle; national chicken wing chain Wingstop; and Freedom Credit Union.
Morrell Plaza is anchored by a 63,000-square-foot, high-volume ShopRite supermarket. The tenant roster also includes Rite Aid, T-Mobile, Supercuts, Dunkin’ and Yamato Sushi & Hibachi.
Three space availabilities remain at Morrell Plaza. ••
