CORA’s family resource line is open

CORA is offering help with academic support, parent consultation and more during the shutdown.

CORA Services today launched its Family Resource Line to help the community address specific needs that have arisen during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The line offers academic support, such as questions on homework; parent consultation, such as experiencing new behaviors from children while they’re home; and help with accessing basic needs via connecting with community resources.

You do not need to be a current CORA client to call, and calling is free.

CORA has been operating remotely since March 16. Regular reception lines were open, but the Family Resource line was designed to help families with needs that have arisen during the pandemic.

Call 215-342-7660 to be connected. Hours are Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., with extended hours on Wednesday from 3 to 7 p.m.
